General Payment/Fee Questions

 

1. What insurances will you accept?

-True Purpose Ministries accepts Most Insurances

 

2. Are there any other methods of accepted payment?

-For the state-licensed clinical program we take insurance and private pay...for the year long discipleship program the price $335 cash or money order.

 

3. What options are available for people with no insurance?

-Anybody who does not have insurance will be placed into our year long discipleship class.

 

4. What co-pays will I have to pay?

-Varies by your insurance provider

Discipleship Questions

1. What exactly is the Discipleship program?

-A Christian-based mentoring program that allows men to reintegrate back into society a changed man. It is geared towards bringing accountability and discipline into the lives of the service recipients. 

2. How long is it?

-Our discipleship program is a 12-24 month school of ministry with pastoral mentoring and Biblical classes.

 

3. What does it focus on?

 -Our 2-fold approach focus both on the spiritual and the natural as the service recipient is enrolled in the job training program.

4. What's the difference between the Discipleship program and the Residential Program?

-The discipleship program is 12-24 months in which the recipient lives on site. However, the recipient will NOT undergo clinical counseling and instruction like an individual who would be enrolled in the residential clinical. 

Out-Patient Questions

 

1. Will going to out-patient disqualify me from later getting into the residential program?

-No...Actually, we encourage a longer treatment plan for each of our service recipients. Reason being...the longer an individual is connected to positive bonds, the stronger chance he/she will have in achieving relapse prevention.

2. How long can I expect to be in out-patient?

-IOP is 3 hours per day. 3-5 times per week. Regular OP is 1 hour a day 3 times per week. A determination

will be made based on the needs of each individual. Each person is different based on their insurance requirements. However, the average individual will have 30 days of IOP depending on individualized treatment plan.

 

3. What is a day in out-patient like?

-If you're living with us...job training, instructions, workshops, groups, individual counseling.

 

-If you're NOT living with us, you will be attending the daily or nightly sessions of various classes

 

, discussions, workshops, and group, Nightly classes typically start around 4:30pm. However, we do a great

 

job of working around schedules.

 

Residential Questions

 

1. How long does it take to get in once I fill out the application?

-In a matter of days (waiting list pending).

 

2. Do you accept pregnant women?

-Yes!. For more information...call 865-681-4861

 

3. How many days is the Clinical program?

-90 days​...However an individual may request stay extensions that can last up to 24 months.

4. Can my family visit?

-Yes...Visitations are on Wednesdays and Sundays based on the individual treatment plan.

 

5. What are the methods of accepted payment?

-Most insurances & private pay

 

6. What all do I need to bring with me?

-Toiletries, Twin sheets, Blanket, Pillow, Laundry detergent Bath Towels and Wash Cloths (Max of 3)

 

7. What is the meal program like?

-Each service recipient is provided 3 home-cooked meals per day
